• Legless creature, a bit upright
• Little creature in water bit perch
• Young swimmer goes a little north perhaps
• Kermit as a youth
• And thereby hangs a tail, but not for long
• The tail end of this will dissolve in water
• Larva of frog
• It's not lost it's tail in the water
