Possible Clues:

• Swelling of belly subsiding when top removed
• European punching body part — nose gets swollen
• Swollen, or becoming swollen
• Swollen stomach beginning to extrude — and smell!
• Bloated stomach egghead's to detect
• Spare tyre going down, not at first being infla­ted
