Possible Clues:

• Vacuum, e.g.
• How confessor comes: cold and thin
• Not soiled, free from dirt
• Scrub thoroughly
• A hundred to spare that's been laundered
• Wash this to make it like the Tower after a century
• Does the century have an inclination not to need a washer?
• Be inclined at last not to need a washer
• Not spotted, so innocent?
• It takes a century to get over the inclination to be all awash
