Possible Clues:

• Open an innings and be not out after all other wickets have fallen
• To have always been in base, contrary to order
• Be at the wicket without being dismissed for an entire innings
• Improper behaviour beats working, but manage to avoid dismissal
• Survive a series of partners, and support unlikely pet mammal?
