Possible Clues:

• Many suffering shocks, and nothing that amazes me, in theatre work
• Operation as many sick etc, poorly -- zero well!
• Operation that may end with a serving of ice cream
• Removal of throat glands
• Surgical removal of tissue at the back of the mouth
