Possible Clues:

• Pack freight in view on board
• You can see this from the top of the ship in knockout local runabout that's fairly good
• Pack for the journey and leave what's on top of the boat
• Goods carried on top of ship
• Stuff carried on board badly cracked before journey
• Goods on platform of ship
