Possible Clues:

• Not being capable of a tune is not on the radio
• Can't breathe and can't sing
• Disillusioned with a particular song, so no longer broadcasting
• Removed from the song and not being broadcast
• Unfair one particular song's not being broadcast
• An empty radio station might be difficult for a thief
• Not broadcast, not on music
• Just not on for a breather, perhaps, so you just can't get the message
• Removed from broadcast, being out of tune?
